Betsy Christy King
Mannatech's Vice President of Quality Assurance

Betsy Christy King, Vice President of Quality Assurance, holds a bachelor of science in chemistry from the University of New York and brings 20 years of experience in quality systems to her position with Mannatech. She is a member of the Association of Food and Drug Officials and the Parental Drug Association. King possess in-depth knowledge of ISO 9000 Quality Assurance Management System, the U.S. regulations on Good Manufacturing Practices for Pharmaceuticals and Devices and the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award criteria.


Gary Carter
Mannatech's Regulatory Affairs Manager, International

Gary Carter, Regulatory Affairs Manager, earned a bachelor of science in science education from Oregon State University and a bachelor of science in chemistry from Portland State University. He has been a fundamental part of opening new countries for Mannatech and introducing new products. Carter assists in product formulation and label creation to ensure new products comply with foreign Government food and dietary supplement standards.


Jane Ramberg, M.S.
Mannatech's Director of Product Science/Managing Editor, Glycoscience & Nutrition

Jane Ramberg, M.S., Director of Product Science, The Editor-in-Chief of GlycoScience.org, Ms. Ramberg was instrumental in launching Mannatech's educational Web site in 2000. She has written extensively about health and nutrition and works with contributing authors and reviewers with the goal of providing the highest quality health information to the public. Jane earned a BS in Biology from Wellesley College and an MS in Botany from the University of Minnesota.


Gabriela Luta, PhD
Mannatech's Scientific Liaison

Gabriela Luta, MBA, PhD, Scientific Liaison in Product Development, joined Mannatech during her PhD, while studying antioxidants and biomarkers of oxidative stress. After graduation, Dr. Luta continued her research at Mannatech, being instrumental in developing assays for dietary supplements. Her previous work involved research in bio-analytical chemistry and a many years of teaching. She holds a BS in Chemistry from the University of Bucharest and teaching degrees from the University of Iasi, both in Romania, as well as a PhD in Chemistry and an MBA degree from the University of Texas at Dallas.
