Terry L. Persinger
Mannatech's President, Chief Operating Officer, and Board Member

Terry L. Persinger, President and Chief Operating Officer, is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Mannatech. He brings a wealth of experience to Mannatech including more than 30 years with the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, where he managed production for 27 facilities worldwide and supervised executive and regional managers serving in Europe, Latin America and Asia.


Stephen D. Fenstermacher
Mannatech's Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President

Stephen D. Fenstermacher is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Mannatech. Steve manages the Finance and Accounting Department, which oversees financial systems, management and external reporting functions as well as internal controls to ensure Mannatech meets government regulations required of a public company. In addition, Steve develops investment strategies and works to improve investor and financial relations.

Steve received a BA degree in Government from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh.


John W. Price
Mannatech's President of International Operations

John W. Price joined Mannatech in September 2005 to serve as our President of International Operations. Mr. Price joins Mannatech’s senior management team from Price Associates, a business consulting firm serving a broad range of clients, including Herbalife from 1997-2002, where he also served for six years as Sr. Vice President, Worldwide Administration, as well as Interim CIO, and as a Key Executive to the President. While at Herbalife, Mr. Price oversaw the company’s expansion and international growth. Mr. Price has proven successful in creating and executing Human Capital strategies that drove dynamic revenues and increased profits, with operational assignments in North America, Europe and the Pacific Rim.
